An extensive project to demolish an old farmhouse and create a new modern farmhouse in the Devon hills. The house

 was built using locally sourced stone, and finished to the highest standard.

Our brief was to construct a new two story farmhouse on the site of a former farmhouse in the Devon hills. The house was built using locally sourced Chert stone and Bath stone, with dressed stone window and door surrounds, quoins and parapet copings - all finished to the highest standard. Composite timber/powder-coated aluminium windows were used and painted timber doors. 

The farms derelict outbuilding were also restored to create usable stores and cottages. Extensive landscaping to create the driveway and parking areas, as well as natural stone landscaping for garden walls and landscaping.
